At The Payroll & Tax Accountants Ltd we offer two options, Payroll Installation and training in order that you can process your own payroll and our Managed Payroll Service which is the most efficient and cost effective way to manage your payroll. Our dedicated team of payroll experts, members of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, become an extension of your company, but removes the expense associated with staffing and processing your payroll in-house. We take complete control of your payroll, from calculation of the payroll, distribution of the payslips, queries from your staff and HMRC enquiries. All you need to do is supply us with the information and we will do the rest.

What is Real Time Information (RTI)

Real Time Information (RTI) is a new system that is being phased in from April 2013 and will become mandatory for all employers by October 2013. HMRC are introducing it to improve the accuracy of our current PAYE system which has been in existence since 1944.  Instead of collecting the PAYE data on a yearly basis, employers will have to submit the data each time the employee’s are paid either through BACS or the Government Gateway, the introduction of this is to reduce the possibility of fraud and to respond more efficiently to errors, thereby improving the accuracy of PAYE.
Here at The Payroll and Tax Accountants we will be ahead of the RTI legislative game as we belong to the HMRC pilot scheme, so will be thoroughly compliant before the start date
