At The Payroll & Tax Accountants Ltd (PATA) and with first hand experience we view the Direct Payments Scheme/ILF as a positive and life-changing option for disabled people, enabling choice, control and greater independence.

  • Advertising and recruiting staff
  • Awareness of employee legislation so that your staff are treated fairly according to the laws that protect them
  • Getting employers insurance
  • Health & Safety regulations
